1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Eigen Tactile website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. GST will be added at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only; actual products may vary slightly from images shown.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is required in full before goods are dispatched. We accept major credit cards processed securely via Stripe.

4. Delivery

We deliver throughout Australia. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery. See our Delivery Policy for full details.

5. Returns & Refunds

Faulty or incorrectly described products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund or replacement. Custom-cut or bespoke orders cannot be returned unless faulty. Contact [email protected] to initiate a return.

Technical data, compliance certifications, and installation guidance are provided in good faith. Eigen Tactile does not accept liability for incorrect specification or installation by third parties. Specifiers and installers are responsible for ensuring products meet the requirements of their specific project.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Eigen Tactile's liability is limited to the replacement of goods or refund of the purchase price. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
