Dispatch

Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Damaged or Missing Goods

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or credit promptly.
